KSE – 100 today closed the session in green gaining a meagre 9 points by day end. Index was relatively bullish in the early trading hours but couldn’t sustain the positivity in to day end.
Volume traded at KSE – 100 index decreased by 42.09 percent during the session after total volume clocked in at 106.262 million versus 74.780 million yesterday.
Commercial Banks, Chemical, and Cement scrips during today’s session were at the bottom after collectively taking away more than 165 points.
Sector-wise all share index top ten sector turnover was led by Chemical (67.564 million), Food & Personal Care Products (19.312 million), and Cement (17.024 million) with Engineering (11.109 million) and Engineering (10.472 million) stocks trailing at the bottom.
KSE – 100 Index at the day end moved a total of 9.76 points down 0.02 percent, closing in at 46486.49 points with index high – low range of 46759.47 – 46472.15.
KSE – All Share Index Volume was at 284.167 million shares, the value of shares traded for all-shares index reached PKR 11.253 billion.

The index moved in the range of 287.32 points.
