K-Electric to import LNG to operate new Power Plant

K-Electric plans to import LNG to run a new Power Plant. K-Electric plans to install 900 MW new power plant with a total of the new project around 1 Billion USD.

K-Electric has declared that it wants the company to supply RLNG amounting to 15- MMSCF/Day.

K-Electric plans to start producing 450 MW Electricity from summer 2018. K-Electric claims that another 450 MW may likely be available for consumers by the end of next year, as it continues to expand its production in the wake of rising demand for power across the city.
