Hallmark to rebrand as Supernet Technologies Limited

August 16, 2023 (MLN): In accordance with the approval of the Board of Directors of Hallmark Company Limited (PSX: HCL), it has been unanimously resolved that the name of the company be changed to "Supernet Technologies Limited".

This is subject to the approval of the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and shareholders of the company in the upcoming general meeting and other ancillary laws for the time being enforced.
