Govt aims to increase the software exports’ target to $10 billion

February 7, 2020 (MLN): Govt has decided to introduce relief package for small software houses. This was announced in a meeting regarding Information Technology, held today chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan.

He said govt aims to increase the software exports’ target to $10 billion. In this regard, govt will establish a software city in Islamabad which will comprise of 40-acre land.

Moreover, PM has directed the Pakistani institutes to purchase software from local companies.
