Gold rates up by Rs1,000 per tola

November 10, 2021 (MLN): Gold price on Wednesday, has been holding steady at around $1,825 an ounce in the international market as dollar value remained firm. Meanwhile, investors remained cautious over the U.S. inflation data in order to gauge the next move of the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy.

On the domestic front, the gold prices in the bullion markets as the price of 24-karat gold in the domestic bullion jumped by Rs1,000 to close at Rs125,800 per tola.

According to data provided by Karachi Sarafa and Jewellers Association, the price of 10-gram of 24k gold also surged by Rs857 and was traded at Rs107,853 while the 10gm 22k gold was valued at Rs98,865.

On the other hand, the price of 24-karat silver and 10-gram of 24-karat silver remained unchanged at Rs1,440 and Rs1,234.56 respectively.
