Gold price down by Rs5,200

Pakistan's bullion prices break all-time records this week

January 05, 2023 (MLN): The most preferred gold has decreased by Rs5,200 per tola 24 karat to Rs183,400 per tola, compared to its sale at Rs188,600 per tola on Wednesday.

Similarly, the rates of 10-gram 24-karat gold also moved down by Rs4,458 to Rs157,236, while the price of 10-gram 22-karat jumped down to Rs144,133, as per reported by All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association on Thursday.

The price of silver per tola has also dropped by Rs20 to Rs2,130, while price of 10-gram silver also gone down by Rs17.14 to Rs1,826.13.

Internationally, the demand for gold has turned down by $14 and sold at $1,848 per ounce while the price of silver stood at $23.52 per ounce as compared to $24.40 yesterday.
