Gold loses its shine by Rs800 to stand at Rs109,700 per tola

June 14, 2021 (MLN):  Gold prices observed a notable decline today in domestic bullion market. The price of 24 karat gold went down by Rs800 to Rs109,700 per tola.

Likewise, the price of 10-gram gold also witnessed a decline of Rs686 to settle at Rs94,050 against the previous close of Rs94,736 per gram while 10-gram 22 karat gold valued at Rs86,213.

According to the data provided by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat silver remained stagnant at Rs1,460 per tola. Similarly, the price of 10-gram silver was recorded at Rs1,251.71 per gram.

Meanwhile, the demand for safe-haven fell today by $22 in international markets and was sold at $1,856 per ounce, while silver was valued at $27.73, the association added.
