Gold edges up to Rs 112,100 per tola

February 9, 2021 (MLN): Gold rates edged higher today in domestic bullion market as the price of 24 karat gold jumped by Rs 300 to Rs 112,100 per tola against Rs 111,800 per tola yesterday.

According to the data provided by the All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association, the price of 10-gram gold also witnessed a surge of Rs 258 to settle at Rs 96,108 per gram against the previous close of Rs 95,850 per-gram.

On the other hand, the price of silver remained static as 24-Karat silver and 10-gram of silver were available at Rs 1,390 per tola and Rs 1,191.7 respectively.

In International market, gold rates witnessed an increase of USD 20 and was traded at USD 1,843 an ounce, while silver was valued at 27.58 an ounce.
