While speaking to the gathering of Pak – China Truckers, Advisor Finance Mr. Mifath Ismail said that “I would like to congratulate the Trucking Industry of Pakistan and China.”

Commenting on the amicable relations between the two countries, he said that “In this co-operative plan, Pakistan and China are friends, and will stand by each other for times to come.”

CPEC has been a crown jewel in the friendship of two countries who seek to develop ties in a wide array of areas from Intelligence Sharing to Infrastructure Development, he said that “CPEC is a manifestation of friendly ties between the two neighbors.”

CPEC project, frowned upon by many Western observers, he said that despite the criticisms, “Without a doubt, the Project is a regional game changer.”

He said that Pakistan is willing to extend every support to China in her bid to become a superpower, and help Pakistan improve her economic standing in the world.

Finally, he said that the project will have a decided impact on improving the standard of living in the country.
