September 13, 2024 (MLN): Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FATIMA) has acquired a 10.10% stake in Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL).

“AGL received a letter dated September 12, 2024 from FATIMA wherein they have made disclosure in terms of Section 110 of the Securities Act, 2015 read with regulation 4 (2) of the Listed Companies Regulations, 2017 with respect to acquisition of 10.1 % shares of the Company,” it said in a stock filing on Friday.

As of September 10, 2024, FATIMA purchased 9,933,449 shares of Agritech at an average price of Rs33.54 per share.

This acquisition raises FATIMA’s total holdings in Agritech to 42,908,228 shares, up from their previous holding of 32,974,779 shares.
