Energy sector offers good return on investments – Minister for Power

September 13, 2019 (MLN): Minister for Power Mr. Omar Ayub Khan stated that Pakistan’s Energy sector is offering very good return on investment and is quickly emerging as a competitive market.

In conversation with Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing, who called on him, in Islamabad yesterday, he discussed matters related to mutual interests especially on Pak-China Cooperation in the energy sector.

Omar Ayub Khan also told the Chinese Ambassador that Pakistan is looking forward to further boost the existing relations between the two countries towards new dimensions.

He said execution of energy projects under CPEC has in fact encouraged other investors as well.
