Crescent Textile Mills increases authorized share capital from Rs1bn to Rs2bn

November 4, 2021 (MLN): The shareholders of Crescent Textile Mills Limited, in their extraordinary general meeting, has resolved to increase authorized share capital from Rs1bn to Rs2bn.

As per the notification issued to exchange, the company informed that its authorized share capital is and is hereby increased from Rs1bn divided into 100,000,000 shares of Rs10 each to Rs2bn divided into 200,000,000 shares of Rs10 each ranking pari passu in every respect with the existing ordinary shares of the company.

In this regard, the company authorized Secretary and Chief Financial Officer to do all acts deed and things, take all steps and action necessary, ancillary and incidental for altering the Memorandum of Association of the company including the filing of all requisite documents, statutory forms as may be required and complying with all the other regulatory requirements so as to effectuate the alteration in the Memorandum Association of the company.
