Car prices of Indus Motor Company raised again

January 3, 2019 (MLN): Indus Motor Company (IMC) has raised the prices of its vehicles in the range of Rs 75,000-Rs 175,000 to pass on the impact of rupee depreciation on consumers. Having raised car prices four times in 2018, IMC again enhanced prices at the beginning of the new year.

The price of Corolla XLI M/T has increased by Rs 50,000 at Rs 2.05 million, while Corolla XLI A/T will cost Rs2.13 million after an increase of Rs 50,000.

Corolla GLI M/T would cost Rs 2.31 million after a price hike of Rs 75,000, whereas Corolla GLI M/T special edition will cost around Rs2.38 million after increase of Rs 57,000. Corolla GLI A/T will be available at Rs 2.38 million after a hike of Rs 57,000.

IMC increased prices of Corolla Grande MT-SR and Corolla Grande AT-SR CVT models have been increased to Rs2.87 million and Rs2.9 million respectively, demonstrating an increase of Rs 100,000 each. Moreover, the cost of Corolla Altis series will start from Rs 2.58 million as its prices has been increased by Rs 100,000.

Hilux 4×2 S/C deckless and Hilux 4×2 S/C STD variants will cost Rs 2.68 million after a rise of Rs 120,000 on each model. Hilux 4×2 Single Cabin STD will cost Rs 2.93 million after an increase of Rs 125,000. Also, Hilux 4×2 S/C UPSPEC will now cost Rs 2.96 million after a price boost of Rs 125,000.
