Avanceon secures high-value contract to optimize Critical Systems to boost productivity

March 31, 2021 (MLN): Avanceon Limited has secured a high-value contract to deploy a state-of-the-art up-gradation solution for one of the largest FMCG companies in the world.

The up-gradation solution will include the deployment of a new SCADA & HMI system integrated with existing systems to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and achieve better process optimization on the plant floor.

According to the notice issued to Exchange, HMI and SCADA solutions allow plant floor personnel to precisely monitor, control, and visualize every aspect of their operations in a centralized manner. With a quick glance, operators can take the right actions to drive increased efficiency and reduced costs. Similarly, the centralized control system deployed by Avanceon will monitor the entire process under one roof with better controls, customized alerts, network security and detailed reporting.

The total value of the project is 53 million PKR and is currently underway. The company expects to complete it within the agreed timeline.

The Scope of Work on this project for Avanceon entails the following:

  • Supply, Design, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of PMD SCADA System and HMI.
  • Project Management, Documentation, Development, In-house Engineering and Network Configuration.
  • Onsite Start-Up and Commissioning Services with Performance Testing (FAT & SAT)

Avanceon will be partnering with world-class OEMs for the execution of this project. Moreover, the company will be complying with QHSE, local authority and customer requirements to ensure all safety, quality, and environmental issues.

The company’s long service history, strong project references and technically sound and innovative solutions played a major role in acquiring this project.
