May 08, 2019 (MLN): The SBP conducted an auction on Wednesday in which it sold Treasury Bills worth Rs.603.286 billion for three months.

Cut off Yields for the 3 month MTB increased by 26 basis points to 11.2491 percent from 10.9799 percent in the previous auction.

The SBP had earlier received bids worth Rs. 574.186 billion for 3 months while no interest was shown in the 6 and 12 months T-Bill. Auction

Target was Rs.1200 billion against a maturing amount of Rs.2,177.361 billion.

The SBP accepted all bids for three months T-Bill, picking up an additional Rs.29.099 billion in non-competitive bids to make the total accepted amount Rs.603.286 billion.
