Arif Habib Equity (Private) Limited sells entire GRR holding at Rs9.9 per unit

June 07, 2023: Arif Habib Equity (Private) Limited has sold its entire holding of 34,131,100 units of GRR on June 01, 2023, at an average price of Rs9.9 per unit, a notice issued by the company to PSX showed.

The company held a stake of more than 10% in GRR.

Arif Habib group, in combination with other sponsors of the GRR still remains in control of more than 50% units of GRR, directly or indirectly, since the inception of Global Residency REIT- the REIT scheme.
