November 26, 2019: The Pakistan Stock Exchange has granted Agro Allianz Company Limited time till Monday, December 2, 2019, to rectify the non-compliance with respect to resumption of commercial production/business operations in principle line of business.

A notice by PSX was issued in this regard on Tuesday, following a suspension in the commercial production/business operations in principle line of business by the company for a continuous period of one year.

‘In case of failure of the company to rectify the default(s) and / or take any corrective measures within the extended deadline, the Exchange may proceed to initiate further action as per relevant regulations’ the notice said.

It may also be noted that in case the Company rectifies that non-compliance within the stipulated time; the company shall remain quoted in the Defaulters’ Segment, it added.
