AGP to evaluate inorganic growth, acquisition-related investment opportunities

June 22, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of the AGP Limited, in a meeting held on June 19, 2020, authorized the company to evaluate inorganic growth and acquisition-related investment opportunities available to the company and conduct necessary feasibility studies, engage consultants, valuator and advisors after deliberation, revealed a notification to PSX.

The board further authorized the management to enter into non-binding discussion, negotiations and arrangements and present the same to the Board for their final consideration.
