Tariq Corporation sees 85% subscription in right shares issue

July 28, 2026 (MLN): Tariq Corporation Limited (PSX:TCORP) has received a total of Rs269,919,921 against its right shares subscription, representing 85.45% of the total issue size, according to details provided by the banker to the issue and the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC).

The unsubscribed portion stood at Rs45,955,079, or 14.55% of the issue.

The company said the unsubscribed portion of shares would be offered and allotted to persons as decided by the Board of Directors in accordance with Section 83(1)(a)(iv) of the Companies Act, 2017, before calling upon the underwriter to subscribe to the remaining shares.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
